Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Wholly helps supporters send money directly to creators. We are a discovery and routing service only. By using Wholly you agree to these terms.

1. What Wholly is — and is not

Wholly never holds, moves, initiates, or takes a cut of your money. We show a creator's own receive details or a payment link they created elsewhere (for example a Wise Payment Request), and you send the money yourself on rails we do not operate — your own bank, or the creator's chosen provider. We charge no fee on the transfer.

Because we never touch the funds, we cannot confirm, guarantee, reverse, or refund any payment. Any dispute about a payment is between you and the person you sent it to.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is handled by 8by3's single sign-on. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for anything done under it. Keep your login secure.

3. Creators and receive details

If you publish a support page, you are responsible for the receive details you enter (bank account, IBAN, PayShap proxy, Wise link). You confirm you are entitled to receive money at those details. You must not use Wholly to collect money unlawfully or to impersonate anyone.

4. Supporters

Support is voluntary and, like a tip jar, unconditional — it does not buy goods, services, or access. Any record you keep on Wholly of support you have set up or sent is for your own convenience; we do not verify it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Wholly for fraud, money laundering, sanctioned transactions, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove a page or account that breaches these terms.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Wholly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a payment you make or receive, from a creator's details being wrong, or from the service being unavailable.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
